Happy Wednesdays my Glowing Friends. Todays post was inspired by so many things I've changed in the last few weeks. My 20's have been such a rollercoaster that I've had enough of the rollercoaster. People think its hard to change certain habits and to do things to make your life better (trust me I know I used to think the same way until I decided enough was enough) but its really not. Resetyourself as many times as you need to get it right.
Here are somethins that will help with the changes your make.
We all go through these life changing moments where we want something different and need change especially within ourself. Its not hard to make those decisions just sit down with yourself and ask yourself what do you need to do to make some life changes.

The best way you can change your life is smile more often. Putting a smile on your face helps you get excited about new things happening or bout to happen in your life. I had to learn how to smile cause I found myself not really liking the way I smiled. A simple smile changes everything abot your energy and how you feel about yourself.
LETTING GO OF YOUR PAST
Change comes with letting go of your past mistakes. Holding on will only hinder you from making the neccessary steps to better your life. Bettering yourself means better results in your life. Let No past mistakes hold you back from the life that god has to offer you. I used to let what people say about me and what family thinks of me hold me back. Letting what my family thought of me also made me a litle antisocai but everyday its getting better. On the Site called "HealthLine" I found some ways on how you can let go of your past.

I can not stress this enough on how important eating breakfast is. Eating breakfast every morning gives you the right amount of energy to start your day. It also helps curve your appetite through the day so you won't do any over eating through the day.
