Health & Fitness Journey

Hello Loves, I created this page to share my journey on health and fitness. When I was younger I was really into health and fitness working out all times of the night if I was up and had nothing to do I would work out and getting older and becoming a parent sometimes your schedule is conflicted and taking the time and getting the rest. But I'm making the effort this time to truly stick to this journey I'm On. I'm Going to put on here the things I eat and the workouts I do also the videos  and so much more. I thank you for taking the time to follow me on this journey...XOXO

Day 1

✩ First thing I do in the morning drinks my "Active Flat Tummy Tea" water w/ a shot of ACV

Breakfast:

In a few hours if I start to get hungry I eat one of my "FLAT TUMMY LOLLIPOPS APPETITE SUPPRESSANTS"

( Your only suppose to eat 2 a day so choose wisely)

Lunch: 

FLAT ► TUMMY

  • Grilled Chicken Salad W/ Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 

  • Half a Grapefruit

  • 16oz of water

Playlist I listen to today for my workout

Dinner:
  • Grilled Salmon and  Asparagus 

  • Half a Grapefruit

  • 16oz of water

I know we all get a little lazy about working out and getting back healthy especially because of the delicious food in the world. But I also found an article that can give you some motivation " 5 Ways to motivate yourself to exercise". This article helped me a whole lot when it came to working out at one point I used to work out all the time but becoming a mom has definitely made me a little lazy when it comes to working out.
